What if scrolling didn’t numb us, but sharpened us?
What if social media taught us something instead of wasting our time?
What if we stopped asking what’s trending, and started asking what’s next?
Welcome to Knoto

So the idea’s called Knoto
like “know-to.”
It’s basically TikTok, but every video actually teaches you something useful. Real skills, real fast, like how to stop bleeding, tie a knot, read a map, fix something basic, or even understand money and history. The videos are short, like 60 seconds, and made by actual medics, teachers, tradespeople, and any expert in a field. It’s totally free, no subscriptions, and it’s built for people who want to get smarter without wasting time. Edutainment with actual outcomes.
A message from the founder
I’ve always believed learning should feel exciting.
Not draining. Not mindless.
For too long, we’ve watched technology pull people further into endless scrolls of entertainment without purpose. I wanted to create something different.
Something that makes people better every time they open it.
That’s why I built Knoto.
What is Knoto?
Knoto is an educational platform designed for today’s world.
It blends short-form and long-form learning, structured discovery, and just a touch of gamification to keep things fun and rewarding.
You can explore:
Sparks → bite-sized educational videos (30–60 sec) to quickly learn useful facts, skills, or concepts
Flames → deep dives into lessons, lectures, and topics you want to master
Prep → skill checks and quizzes that reinforce learning
Sheets → printable and downloadable notes for hands-on study
Games → engaging brain-training challenges to build memory, focus, and learning habits
Badges + Streaks → earn rewards, unlock achievements, and track your personal growth over time
Knoto isn’t social media. It’s not about likes or viral dances. It’s about becoming the best version of yourself through curiosity, consistency, and discovery.
The journey so far
After months of hard work, I’m excited to say we have a fully working Knoto V1.0 prototype.
It’s real. It works. It looks beautiful. And it’s the foundation of everything that comes next.
This version already allows early users to explore Sparks, unlock badges, complete challenges, and get a feel for the learning experience we’ve built.
What’s next?
This is just the start.
Behind the scenes, we’re also developing features that will take Knoto far beyond a simple learning app.
There’s some “secret sauce” we’re not ready to reveal just yet, but I promise it will push the boundaries of how education and technology can work together in powerful new ways.
