Every project starts with a question.

For me, it’s always been: What’s next?

Molsy Media was built around that idea. It started as a personal outlet—a space to collect the photos, experiences, and lessons I’ve picked up as a medic, firefighter, soldier, and storyteller. I wanted to document the work, the people, and the moments that usually happen when no one’s watching.

But it’s grown into something bigger.

Molsy Media is now home to three core missions:

1) Photography

Capturing life at full speed—from tactical rescue work, to wildlife in motion, to the quiet moments in between.

2) Writing & Storytelling

Essays, dispatches, reflections, and op-eds focused on leadership, service, and what it means to show up when it’s hard.

3) Learning & Development (Coming Soon)

Our upcoming project, Knoto, will deliver real-world skills in a format built for how people actually learn: fast, focused, and taught by experts who’ve lived it.

This platform isn’t perfect. It’s a work in progress. It’s not slick marketing or endless promotions. It’s built to be real.
